EVADE DEFENDER WITH SIDE STEP
Fast Feet: Key component using ladder or cones. Two feet in -one foot out. No heel contact.
Lateral Movement: Make sure to use outside foot to push off and drop the inside shoulder. Quick steps, try not to be step being too up right.
Game Drill: requires high intensity, Drop shoulder, Use outside foot to push off.
