Hi all,
I would like to extend my sincere thanks to all members of our Richmond Board and the whole Richmond club and community that worked so hard in making Saturday’s event a very special day for our Club. From the car parks to the bar and kitchen, everyone did their part.
Despite the weather conditions we managed to carry on. Apart from our footy result (unlucky boy’s better luck this week!) the whole day was a huge success. I received so much positive feedback from members of the 1977 Auckland Representative team and their partners about how they enjoyed the beautiful lunch and everything else planned on the day.
Finally at the end Auckland Rugby League chairman and Richmond Old Boy Cameron McGregor commented positively on how well the day went and thanked our Richmond Club for a job well done. Thanks to Troy and Talei as well as the entire Auckland Rugby league team who did an outstanding job in planning and supporting the event.
Once again thanks and “Great Richmond Team Work”.
